So, a little about me.
Okay, I can seriously write a book on this and maybe I will one day, but I’ll keep it short. Between 2012 and 2018, I trained hundreds of clients in three different gyms. Fun times, but something always kind of bothered me: I could only reach a limited number of people and in doing so I felt it was best to put my fitness career on hold until I found a way to reach millions, if not billions of clients.
Fast forward to November 2019 when most of us are shutting it down for the year in terms of fitness – in fact as I write this I think there’s a Hallmark movie playing in the background.
Yes, it’s that time of year again and a perfect time of the year to develop a hot, new active lifestyle.
That’s where I come in.
Why I Want to Help
Hey, America has an obesity epidemic.
There’s no secret here.
So, I think a revolution is in order: A Fitness Revolution.

You aren’t going to find any special workout or diet plan, so if that’s what you’re looking for, go somewhere else. But I can promise that you will find motives, strategies, and recommendations that will help you achieve your highest level of fitness possible, even if you don’t have access to a fitness facility.
